LitManager offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial period, your account will be deactivated and no charges will be made.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge. Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, contact our support team at billing@litmanager.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
