By accessing or using LitManager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including firm administrators, attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members.
LitManager is a cloud-based litigation management platform that provides case management, deadline tracking, document template libraries, and drafting workflow tools for law firms. The Service includes auto-calculated civil procedure deadlines across all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and federal courts.
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is offered at $99 per licensed attorney per month. Paralegals and support staff are included at no additional charge. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload or create within the Service. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.
LitManager is a case management tool and does not provide legal advice. Auto-calculated deadlines are provided as a convenience and should always be verified independently. LitManager is not responsible for any missed deadlines or legal outcomes arising from use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LitManager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
